Using pliers, aline pinhole of straight

pin (R) with pin hole of lever (H).
Using hammer and 3/16 inch punch, tap

new spring pin (S) into lever (H) and pin
(R).
Insert shaft (B) through front hole o f

bracket (E). Push end of shaft (B) onto
pin of lever (H).
Using pliers, install cotter pin (T)
