BRAKE SLAVE CYLINDER REPAIR (Sheet 4 of 6)
ASSEMBLY:
NOTE
Late kits include piston (A) with rings
(B and C) installed.
1. Coat all kit parts and slave cylinder (D) bore with
silicone brake fluid. Install seal (E), ring (F), ring
(G), and seal (H) on piston (A).
2. Using 1 inch wrench, install new preformed
packing (J) and plug (K) in slave cylinder (D).
3.
Using 3/8 inch wrench, install bleeder valve (L)
in slave cylinder (D).
4. Install assembled piston (A) in slave cylinder (D).
