Remove cap, drain contaminated fluid from cap, filter and reservoir and reset. Check filter housing for cracks and leakage. Ensure  input/output  lines  are  connected property. Check  lines  for  cracks,  compression  and leakage. Check  clamps  for  dry  rot  and  deformation. Replace  as  necessary. Ensure  Transfer  Case  levers  engage  Gear Pump  and  PTO. Inspect  for  deformation. Ensure each valve engages item indicated and in correct mode. Inspect valves for cracks and leakage. Inspect valve hydraulic lines, fittings and clamps  for  compression,  leakage,  cracks  and dry rot. Ensure throttle operation increases and decreases  engine  RPM  easily. Check throttle, cable, retaining clamps and accelerator  connection  for  compression,  kinks, and deformation and correct mounting. Ensure valve engages winch indicated. Inspect valve, lines and clamps for cracks, leakage,  compression  and  dry  rot. Ensure  hook  functions  properly. Ensure hook locking mechanism functions properly. Check  for  cracks,  broken  welds,  deformation, and  quick  release  pin  serviceability. Ensure pintle is in proper position for intended operation. Inspect tongue and hook for cracks, deformation. Ensure cotter pin and wire rope are serviceable. Equipment Is Not Ready/Available Indicator is NOT in green  band. Class II or Ill leak noted. Lines incorrectly positioned. Class II or Ill leak noted. Levers do not function properly. Any valve does NOT engage item indicated. Class II or III leak noted. Class II or III leak noted. Valve does not engage winch  selected. A Class II or Ill leak noted. Hook does not retract or return  properly. Hook does not lock against  tie  down  pin.
