Store them in a safe place toprevent damage or loss.(3)Remove rubber bumper from pallet; place on the ground behind rear wheels.(4)Release the straps which secure pallet to the trailer as follows:(a)Hold ratchet handle and press down on handle center lever with thumb.3-132
