Service/Repair
(1)
Clean shoot bolt with an oil soaked cloth, then wipe dry with a clean, dry cloth.
(2)
Inspect for cracks, breaks and burrs.
(3)
Remove burrs with a flat file.
(4)
Replace shoot bolt if cracked, bent or broken.

Installation
(1)
Insert small end of shoot bolt (1) into housing (3) (slots uppermost). Shoot bolt depresses plunger (2) as
it is pushed through housing.
(2)
Rotate shoot bolt through 1800 (slots facing down) and lock in required position.
