Install buffer to flatrack wall/hookbar (see Figure 11.116).
11.15.4.2
Fit four bottom launch beam adapters to the flatrack at the positions indicated,
locating them in the stake pockets. Thread a BII strap under each of the two
adapters nearest the front of the flatrack. Locate the straps as shown above.
