All personnel must wear personal flotation device, hard hat, safety shoes and gloves
during FC operations and maintenance. Failure to observe these precautions could
result in serious injury or death.

The following procedure is typical for the assembly and deployment of offshore anchor
mooring legs. Two anchors, a buoy and one set of cables with accessories make up
one mooring leg.
1.
Position offshore containers parallel with and on alternate FC intermediate sections for assembly of mooring legs
prior to deployment.
