PERFORM RHIB ENGINE RESISTANCE TEST
1.
Set multimeter (1) to measure resistance.
2.
Connect black lead (2) to ground tab (3) and red lead (4) to primary terminal (5) of the coil (6).
3.
Verify reading to be 0.1 ± 0.05 W.
4.
Connect black lead (2) to a spark plug terminal (7) and red lead (4) to primary terminal (5) of the coil (6).
5.
Verify reading to be 275 ± 50 W.
6.
If readings do not meet the requirements as specified, replace coil (6). (WP 0310 00)
