AIR CLEANER DOOR REPAIR (Sheet 2 of 3)
INSPECTION AND REPAIR:
1.
Inspect bolts (A) and gasket (B).
2.
If threads of bolts (A) are stripped,
replace bolts.
3.
If gasket (B) is damaged in any way,
remove it.
Apply adhesive on new gasket (B).
4.
I n s t a l l gasket into groove at underside
of door (C).
Compressed air used for cleaning
purposes will not exceed 30 psi.
Use only with effective chip
guarding and personal protective
equipment (goggles, face shield,
gloves, long sleeves, etc.)
Inspect screw holes in housing (D). If

holes are not drilled through, use com-
pressed air to remove sand, dirt, or debris
from holes.
6 . Replace marker (E) or identification plate
(F) as necessary. Install marker (E) so it
can be read from center of vehicle.
