Position chain holdfasts on site as shown. Drive nine pickets through links of each holdfast.

After bridge is lowered to ground, remove and unroll coil(S) of cable from top panels, and stretch out
toward holdfasts

Feed running end of cable through link of chain holdfasts, and take up slack by hand and attach cable
rips to cable
