COOLINGFAN SHROUD REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 0f 8)
REMOVAL:
1.
U s i n g l/2 inc hsocket and extension, remove ten bolts (A) securing two cover plates (B).
Remove two cover plates(B).
2.
U s i n g 9/16 inch socket, remove eight bolts and washers (C) securing fan guards to shroud
3.
(D).
4.
Remove fan guards(E) from shroud(D).
5.
U s i n g 1/2 inch socket, remove two bolts (F).
NOTE
To gain access to bolts (G) and nuts (H) reach through holes
in shroud rails.
6.
Using 1/2 inch socket, remove two bolts (G).
7.
U s i n g 1/2 inch socket, remove 12 nuts (H).
