Ensure intermediate sections are completely aligned before locking the connectors.

As extended and locked male connector pin (3) enters the female connector (4), use a sledgehammer to drive
female guillotine bar (5) downward into locking position.

At engagement, the female guillotine lock bar snaps under overhanging projections of
female lock housing preventing unintentional release of lock.
3.
If female guillotine connector does not close completely, lift male guillotine bar (6) two or three inches and
repeat step 1b.
