AIR CLEANER INTAKE AND HOSE REPLACEMENT (Sheet 4 of 5)
INSTALLATION:
Position screen (A) with gaskets (B) over studs in flange (C).

Position intake (D) over studs in flange (C).

Install six nuts and lockwashers (E) to secure intake (D), screen (A), and flange (C). Using

an extension, universal joint, and 9/16 inch socket, tighten nuts (E).
Position hose (F) and clamp (G) onto flange (C).
4.
Using a 3/8 inch wrench, tighten nut (H)
on clamp (G) securing hose (F) to flange (C).
Position intake (D) and flange (C) (assembled

in steps 1 through 4 above), with flange (C)
toward engine, over studs on bulkhead.
6.
Install eight lockwashers and nuts (J) to
secure intake and flange to bulkhead. Using
a 9/16 inch socket, tighten nuts (J).
