Thiswill hold the link in the high position during building and booming.(4)When the link is to be lowered to its "low" position, personnel are standing along one girder, two at each lighttackle. All the personnel in unison lift the link to disengage the high position hook, then lower the link and placethe low position hook in the carrying bar bracket. The link is now ready for tensioning.d.Fitting Anti Flutter TackleTwo Anti-Flutter tackle are connected to each link girder as close to the mid-point of the bridge as possible.(1)Place one toggle bar into each outer hole in reinforcing link.
