Using wrench, loosen screw (C).

Using fingers, move clamp (D) slightly toward rear of tank.

Using wrench, tighten screw (C).

Repeat steps 1 and 2. If scale (A) still reads less than 7 pounds, repeat steps 9 thru 1-1
until between 7 and 8 pounds are required to depress pedal.

Connect accelerator linkage at powerplant (page 7-340, steps 14 and 15).

Install operator's floor access plate (page 17-10).
