Figure 9. 2 Launch Frame Electrical Control Enclosure MIMIC Panel
Immediate Checks
9.2.3.1
If a system fault occurs or the system stops operating for no obvious reason, check
that one of the emergency stop buttons has not been pressed by interrogating the
Interface Enclosure situated on the right hand side of the vehicle. If an emergency
stop button has been pressed accidentally then the system can be reset.
9.2.3.2
If no emergency stops have been activated then check that the limit switches have
made the correct contacts for the current stage in the build sequence. This can be
determined from the Interface Enclosure.
9.2.3.3
Check that the LOW LOW OIL level indicator has not illuminated and that the
controller healthy light is illuminated. The LOW LOW OIL warning will shut down the
PTO automatically. This is also checked from the interface enclosure.
9.2.3.4
If none of the above quick checks indicate a system fault then the launch frame
electrical control enclosure MIMIC panel should be referred to.
