COOLING FAN SHROUD REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 of 8)
REMOVAL:
Using 1/2 inch socket and extension, remove ten bolts (A) securing two cover plates (B).
1.
Remove two cover plates (B).
2.
Using 9/16 inch socket, remove eight bolts and washers (C) Securing fan guards to shroud
3.
(D).
Remove fan guards (E) from shroud (D).
4.
Using 1/2 inch socket, remove two bolts (F).
5.
NOTE
To gain access to bolts (G) and nuts (H) reach through holes
in shroud rails.
Using 1/2 inch socket, remove two bolts (G).
6.
Using 1/2 inch socket, remove 12 nuts (H).
7.
Go on to Sheet 3
