Inspect  hoses  for  compression  and  leakage. Inspect  cylinder  bracket  for  cracks,  broken welds  and  deformation. Check  sheave  operation.  (Should  rotate freely). Inspect  for  cracks,  gouges,  deformation,  and loose, broken or missing hardware. Check  boom  operation.  (Should  raise  and lower without chatter or hesitation). Inspect for cracks, broken welds and deformation. Inspect for warping. Check  roller  operation.  (Should  rotate  freely). Inspect for burrs, nicks and gouges.
