3/8 in. drift punch
3/4 in. open end wrench
Sledge hammer
Flat-tip screwdriver (3/4 to 1 in. across flats)
10 in. adjustable wrench
1-1/2 in. combination box and open end wrench
Wooden block at least 4 in. thick
SUPPLIES:
Container (to catch fluid)
Protective covering (assorted sizes)
Tags, identification (for hoses)

PROCEDURE:
REMOVAL:
Place wooden block under tongue (A)

Using punch in hole of plug (B),

unscrew plug (B) while holding
cylinder rod (C) from turning
with screwdriver.
NOTE
It may be necessary to hit plug (B)
sledge hammer in order to loosen.
Remove plug (B) from tongue (A).
3.
Relieve hydraulic pressure
Position container to catch
hydraulic fluid in tongue (A).
